1980களில் ரஜினி, கமல், சத்யராஜ், விஜயகாந்த், அர்ஜுன் உட்பட பல முன்னணி நடிகர்களுடன் ஜோடியாக நடித்து கோலிவுட் சினிமாவில் முன்னணி நடிகையாக வலம் வந்தவர் நடிகை ராதிகா. இவர் சேர்ந்து நடிக்காத நடிகர்களும் இல்லை, ஏற்காத பாத்திரங்களும் இல்லை எனக் கூறலாம்.
தற்போது ராதிகா வெள்ளித்திரையை விட சின்னத்திரையில் அதிக கவனம் செலுத்தி வருகிறார். சீரியல் நாடகங்களை தயாரித்து அதில் நடித்து வருகிறார்.
ராதிகாவின் மகள் ரேயானுக்கும், கிரிக்கெட் வீரர் மிதுனுக்கும் கடந்த ஆண்டு திருமணம் மிகவும் பிரம்மாண்டமாக நடந்தது. தற்போது ரேயான் கர்ப்பமாக இருப்பதாக கூறப்படுகிறது. கூடிய விரைவில் பாட்டியாகப் போகிறோம் என்கிற சந்தோஷத்தில் ராதிகா இருப்பதாக தெரிகிறது.
